Congratulations Service Chick, you earned Idiot of the Day. Was it because you thought you were just as hot as Danica Patrick, surrounded by gawking grease monkeys and tow truck drivers? Nope, I’ve been around Danica – she is only barely better looking in a thong than Jeff Gordon. That bar is set pretty low. Although, she is a bitch too.
Or did you win because you were short and condesending to the client on the phone? She went out of her way to talk down to a customer who had the nerve to try and stay within a budget. You sure showed the rest of your co-workers how to make someone feel small and do it quickly. The fact you did this while taking my order was rude but not completely idiotic. TBC gets the blame for lack of training and incentive to up-sell.
The award was earned when you told me to put my parts in service bay number one. First of all Service Chick, you ask someone to do something, you don’t tell them what to do. Secondly, you use a nice voice with paying customers – even if they are just paying you $36 for five minutes of work. My last purchase was about $400 and I do mean my last with Tire Kingdom, TBC. Bonus fool awards are also given to her since the service bays are not numbered. Lastly, when you quote the lead time on a repair, there is no need to project your lack of concern for me by offering a discouraging time “it will be at least 5 hours”.
